REFUND & RETURN POLICY

 1. No Refund After Successful Top-Up

All game credits, diamonds, UC, or digital items are non-refundable once successfully delivered to the specified account. Please ensure that all details (Game ID, User ID, Server, etc.) are entered correctly before completing your purchase.

 

2. Incorrect Information Provided

We are not responsible for top-ups sent to the wrong account due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
If you realize a mistake, please contact our support team immediately. We will try our best to assist, but recovery is not guaranteed once the transaction is processed.

 

3. Failed or Delayed Transactions

If your payment is successful but the top-up is:

Delayed, or
Not received within a reasonable time

Please contact our support team with your order details and proof of payment. We will investigate the issue and:

Complete the top-up, or
Issue a full refund if the transaction fails permanently


4. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same order, please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded accordingly.

 

5. Unauthorized Transactions

If you suspect an unauthorized transaction, please notify us as soon as possible. We will review the case, but refunds are subject to investigation and approval.

 

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days, depending on your payment method and provider.
